To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPT, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

Loss of revenue
Business interruption
5. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may impact functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for misuse, violation of these Terms, or other operational reasons.
